Store Manager Gipson’s Tire & Auto Montgomery, AL 36106 We are currently searching for a store manager.
Responsibilities:
Manage team on a day-to-day basis, work closely with technicians and staff. Develop business strategies to increase our customer pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability. Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service. Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Daily responsibilities include greeting customers, discussing services needed, selling work, managing team, operating store efficiently.
Job Requirements:
Must have an automotive background (4+ years experience required) Good Communication Skills Ability to maintain a positive attitude when faced with challenges High School Diploma (Degree or Certificate in Automotive Technologies Strongly Preferred) Skills Leadership skills Customer management skills Strong organizational skills Good communication and interpersonal skills
