As a keyholder, you’ll play a pivotal role in executing sales strategies, engaging new members, and partnering closely with the Area Manager to deliver an exceptional fitness experience. Key Responsibilities Sales & Membership Growth Make 50+ outbound calls daily to engage leads, book Intro Classes, and convert prospects into members. Consistently exceed monthly membership and revenue targets through dynamic sales strategies. Deliver an energetic, solutions-focused sales experience tailored to each prospect’s needs. Build trust and long-term relationships with members to enhance retention and satisfaction. Maintain and track leads in the CRM system, ensuring prompt follow-up and consistent engagement. Operations & Studio Management Open and close the studio as a keyholder, ensuring everything runs smoothly and stays impeccably clean and organized. Partner with the Area Manager to execute marketing initiatives, local events, and community pop-ups. Oversee front desk operations, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for every member. Address member concerns with professionalism, offering solutions that strengthen satisfaction and loyalty. Process payments accurately, manage retail sales, and ensure compliance with financial procedures. Retention & Community Engagement Cultivate a warm, inclusive, and motivating environment that keeps members coming back. Build rapport with members, celebrating their progress and supporting their wellness goals. Gather and relay member feedback to help the studio grow and improve. Foster a studio atmosphere that reflects Club Pilates’ core values of empowerment, health, and community. Qualifications & Skills 1+ years of sales experience, ideally in fitness, retail, or membership-based services. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals with a track record of success. Exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for building relationships. Highly organized and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Self-driven, results-oriented, and passionate about health and wellness. Comfortable working with CRM systems and making outbound calls daily. Keyholder experience is a plus. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other peak times as needed.
