Your Role:

We’re looking for a rockstar General Manager who can lead with heart, think like an owner, and juggle pastries, people, and P&L statements without spilling their cold brew. Responsibilities (a.k.a. Your Daily Magic Tricks): Run the shop like it’s yours—because we’ll treat you like it is Lead, coach, and cheer on a team of baristas and hospitality wizards Manage inventory, scheduling, operations, and all the joyful chaos in between Ensure every guest leaves happier than when they walked in (every. single. time.) Bring the quirky—plan events, build community, and get creative! Partner with the owner on vision, culture, growth, and fun new ideas Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and good vibes

Requirements:

Prior management experience in a traditional coffee shop is required. A deep love of people, hospitality, and community building Strong leadership chops—firm but kind, driven but humble Able to manage operations, financials, and a schedule without crying (much) Creative, dependable, slightly weird (in the best way), and mission-aligned
