Senior Assistant Store Manager Position Available In Tuscaloosa, Alabama

Job Description:

Hourly rate ranges from $17.00 to $17.25 and is dependent uponqualifications and experience. The Assistant Store Manager isresponsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. TheAssistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Managerin the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store,ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff,controlling expenses and shrinkage as well as all aspects ofmerchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Companypolicies and procedures. This position will work up to 38 hours perweek. The minimum age requirement for an Assistant Store Manager is18. The physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours ofstanding, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Prior retail and or management experience is required.
