VP of Operations Job Duties:

• Manage daily operations of Turbo
• Uphold quality standards for food and coffee
• Order all supplies needed to operate the store; maintain a backstock so that we do not run out of any supplies we need (i.e. milks, cups, lids, coffee, etc.)
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment during shift and follow health code guidelines
• Create effective weekly schedules in coordination with VP to maximize hours and minimize costs
• Meet weekly with VP to go over Sales, Staff/Customer Comments/Complaints, Goals and Up-coming events/other news
• Create a family environment with staff (i.

e. Celebrate birthdays, plan staff get togethers, etc.)

• Follow health code guidelines; become ServeSafe certified within 30 days

• Ability to come to VP with questions, comments, or problems
