Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, customer service, and inventory management.

Duties:

• Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory, and staff
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to meet revenue targets
• Oversee inventory management and ordering processes
• Train, schedule, and supervise store staff
• Handle cash register operations and ensure cash handling procedures are followed
• Recruit, onboard, and train new employees
• Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer traffic

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar managerial role in a grocery store or retail environment
• Proficiency in retail math and understanding of financial principles
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
