We will consider candidates that can work several days per week during the hours listed. We are looking for staff for our Conway location that will be opening in
FALL 2025.
Established boutique looking for Assistant Manager and sales staff. The successful candidate will be upbeat, love working with people, and be responsible and reliable. Our store provides a fun atmosphere with an easy going boss. Our employees love what they do! Previous retail experience is helpful, but not necessary. We are willing to train the right person. The Assistant Management position will have additional duties that will be discussed during the interview process. Job duties include running a cash register, balancing cash at beginning and ending of day, helping customers, steaming of clothing, helping to price merchandise, posting engaging outfits and other posts on our social media pages, and minor cleaning duties (including vacuuming, dusting, and keeping staff bathroom clean). Interested parties should be available to work at our Conway location (opening in
FALL 2025
) anytime during the hours of 9:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. on Monday-Friday, and 9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. An expected work week includes at least 30-40 hours. Any hours worked above 40 hours per week will be paid at over-time rate of time and half. Training for the job will be done at our Little Rock and Sherwood store locations. The successful candidate will need to have reliable transportation and be available to train in Little Rock or Sherwood.
