EXPERIENCED
Retail Manager to join our western boho retail store in historic downtown Hot Springs, AR. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Owners in daily operations, ensuring personal and welcoming customer service, driving sales performance and managing employee schedules. This position requires strong leadership skills, a positive customer-centered can-do attitude, a creative flare for decorating, and a passion for retail. Duties Manage store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy with cash register operations. Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and inventory levels for informed decision-making. Schedule staff, train and mentor staff to achieve sales goals. Maintain stock levels by overseeing inventory management and replenishment processes. Fulfill online orders on a timely basis Provide active engagement in social media campaigns Recommend store products, policies and procedures to enhance customer experience, product selection, and operational excellence. Exhibit strong etiquette when handling customer inquiries or concerns. Show creativity and consistency with merchandising. Foster a positive work environment through effective time management and team collaboration. Qualifications At least 3-5 years previous experience in retail management role required. Demonstrated of loyalty and consistency of employment as reflected in increase of responsibility for previous employers Strong understanding of retail math principles and cash handling procedures. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Proven ability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple responsibilities. Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other retail technology.
