Rogers Orchards, a family-run farm that’s been growing delicious fruit and good vibes since 1809, is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to help lead the team at our store! This is more than just retail—it’s local pride, and team spirit wrapped into one sweet job.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Partnering with the Store Manager to keep things running smoothly. Leading and motivating staff Helping with scheduling, training, and keeping energy high and operations smooth. Managing inventory and keeping displays looking fresh. Overseeing daily sales, reporting, and store performance. Ensuring the store is clean, welcoming, and organized. Creating a top-tier customer experience and solving problems with a smile.
What We’re Looking For:
Retail or leadership experience (or a passion for it!). A natural multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced setting—and stays motivated to take on projects or improvements during slower seasons. Strong communicator who leads with positivity. Someone who enjoys helping people and takes pride in their work. Physically able to be on your feet and lift up to 30 lbs. Familiar with POS systems or tech-savvy enough to learn fast.
