This role is perfect for someone who’s equal parts organized, motivated, and customer-focused—with a passion for leading a team and creating a top-notch shopping experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Overseeing the daily operations of the retail store with a hands-on, team-first approach. Hiring, training, scheduling, and leading seasonal and year-round staff. Creating a positive work environment that fosters accountability, growth, and great customer service. Managing inventory, placing orders, and coordinating with our production team. Monitoring sales, handling reporting, and tracking store performance. Maintaining clean, visually appealing displays and merchandising. Handling customer issues with professionalism and a smile. Collaborating with other managers on special events, promotions, and seasonal planning.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous management or leadership experience in retail or hospitality. A natural multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced setting—and stays motivated to take on projects or improvements during slower seasons. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. A proactive leader who can inspire a team and hold high standards. Tech-savvy with comfort using POS systems and spreadsheets. Able to be on your feet for long shifts and lift up to 30 lbs.
