Insurance Sales Manager P&L Financial Services 5700 SW 34th Street, Gainesville, FL 32608 Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients by helping them understand their insurance options and guiding them through the purchasing process. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs. Provide expert advice on various insurance products, including life, health, auto, and home insurance. Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ financial situations to recommend appropriate coverage. Engage in outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities. Negotiate policy terms and conditions to ensure client satisfaction. Assist clients with benefits administration and claims processes. Utilize telemarketing strategies to reach potential customers and promote services. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Experience Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. Background in retail sales is a plus, demonstrating the ability to engage with customers effectively. Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable for communicating with a diverse client base. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for clients’ needs while achieving business objectives. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling clear explanations of complex insurance concepts. Familiarity with benefits administration is advantageous but not required.
