Job Role & Summary:
As a manager with outlaw rentals you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, Finding what your customer needs are and meeting all expectations of the customer. As a manager you also will be responsible of making sure your employees know pricing and what is available, and completing all paperwork properly. The manager is also responsible for making sure that the employees are in compliance with all the company’s rules and regulations.
Skills:
Possesses outstanding leadership and management skills. Must be able to quickly provide solutions to conflicts. Possesses exemplary communication skills in both verbal and written. Has solid interpersonal skills to interact with employees and customers effectively. Has excellent analytical skills. Has an immense capability to multitask. Ability to work successfully under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Must possess exceptional customer service skills Must have reliable transportation and be to work on scheduled days on time. Must be willing to work in a tight shifting schedule including weekends. Willing to train the right candidate.
