Key Responsibilities:
This position is designed to focus on delivering the ultimate patient experience through elevated patient service standards The Shift Supervisor will oversee the entire store showroom team The position responsibilities include support of company goals and objectives, as well as general oversight of daily store operation needs Assist the General Manager in planning and implementing strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results Maintain an ultimate patient experience environment by leading and coaching teams to company service standards Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, meeting company standards, and ensuring all SOPs are being followed Train and develop Dispensary Associates, ensuring all Dispensary Associates are knowledgeable on all company products Oversee store showroom operations, monitoring consultant interactions with patients, and ensuring proper verbiage is being used Maintain knowledge of loss prevention policies and procedures Maintain good working relationships with other store operating areas as needed, assist with patient return process, and product availability spreadsheet Flexible availability (please provide requests or restrictions in the application accurately) Open availability and reliability; especially during high-volume days (weekends, holidays and new product drop days). Able to work cohesively with a team and can pivot as needed. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job (sit, stand, kneel, bend, etc.) for extended periods of time. Other tasks as assigned by management.
Starting wage:
