As a Resident Care Supervisor/LPN Floor Nurse, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations at our community. This is a full-time position that may require working 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations at the community Facilitate positive resident outcomes through care management Work with residents and their families to ensure a well-rounded senior living experience Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor and document resident health status Supervise and train nursing staff

Qualifications:
