Store Manager Jeremiah’s Italian Ice Melbourne, FL 32940 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, and will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. This role requires excellent leadership skills, effective time management, and the ability to collaborate with various departments to achieve store objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional 5-star customer service to every guest Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste. Lead and mentor a team of employees, including conducting employee orientation and training programs. Supervise staff performance, providing feedback and support to foster professional development. Collaborate with team leads to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive sales. Monitor sales performance metrics and implement action plans to meet or exceed targets. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times to create a positive experience for customers. Work Schedule:
