We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead the operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, capable of managing a fast-paced environment, and committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily restaurant operations, from team management to financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front and back of house. Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on guest satisfaction. Ensure consistent delivery of excellent food, service, and cleanliness. Drive profitability through effective cost control, budgeting, and inventory management. Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Handle customer concerns and feedback with professionalism and care. Develop and execute plans to increase sales and optimize operations. Maintain accurate records of financials, schedules, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a full-service restaurant. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and drive profitability. Commitment to quality and guest satisfaction. Knowledge of restaurant health and safety regulations.
