Here’s Where You Come In… As a General Manager, you will accomplish the mission above by developing a robust business strategy touching upon People, Product, and Planet utilizing a “people centric” approach and an “empathetic” leadership style. KPI’s Achieves all KPI targets including: conversion, UPT, average basket, appointment sales, inventory shortage results, staffing, etc. Develops a robust business strategy Clienteling Successfully executes and gets results with the our clienteling program. Shows the team what clienteling truly looks like and how critical it is in order to build a thriving business. Operations To be an effective store leader at SMCP, you must be fully versed in both the front and back of the house in order to be successful. Operational duties tend to be very hands on. Relationships Develops effective relationships with all Corporate partners by interacting with them regularly. The purpose of our Headquarters is to provide full support to our robust retail stores network.
KEY INGREDIENTS – THE SUCCESSFUL STORE MANAGER CANDIDATE
3+ years of prior supervisory experience preferably in luxury retail management – versed in Human Resources and People Development. Has potential client resources. Has potential talent resources.
