The ideal candidate will possess a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality meat products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up the meat department from scratch , including: Selecting and installing necessary equipment Defining packaging materials and standards Creating product assortment and production menu Calculating production volume Hiring and managing staff Creating work schedules and shift planning Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the department Maintain product quality, freshness, and food safety Monitor inventory levels and place supply orders Train staff on hygiene, cutting techniques, and customer service Enforce compliance with sanitation and safety regulations (HACCP, internal standards) Assist customers and enhance service experience Analyze sales and implement process improvement
Requirements:
Experience launching or managing a meat/food production department Knowledge of meat processing, equipment, and packaging Strong leadership, scheduling, and operational planning skills Understanding of food safety, storage, and sanitation practices Confidence in handling purchasing, inventory, and basic reporting
Preferred:
