Base Salary $50k to $60k will depend on experience plus commissions Hours are flexible open 7 days a week (store hours are 9 am to 7 pm must be able to work weekends when needed) Multiple locations in the area of Ft. Laud. Bilingual is a plus in both English and Spanish. Must have experience in pawn industry, retail jewelry or firearms management/supervisor. Job Description:

As a pawnbroker/salesperson your daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Serving customers in person by pawning, buying, and selling merchandise. After being trained all employees do their own negotiating and processing of new loans, purchases, and sales. Manage the staff Merchandising the store. All employees are involved in keeping the merchandise neat and clean. Cleaning, testing, and picturing all items as they go out for sale. Light photo editing is done before being uploaded to our software. Light janitorial work. All employees collectively assist in keeping the inside and outside of the stores clean. Answering phones and assisting customers with various questions. Any other duties that are required
