Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Retail Sales Manager to oversee and expand merchandise sales across our Club store, volleyball program, and youth sports e-commerce platform, with a primary focus on soccer. This role blends hands-on retail management with strategic planning to maximize sales, enhance customer experience, and build brand loyalty within the community.

Main Responsibilities:

Develop and implement retail sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Analyze sales reports, stock levels, and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
Drive in-store and matchday sales through promotions, merchandising, and staff incentives. Oversee the daily operations of club store and pop-up locations.
Ensure high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and customer service.
Maintain compliance with health and safety and operational policies.
Schedule shifts and manage staffing for matchdays and events.
Work with suppliers on product ranges, stock orders, and delivery schedules.
Manage stock rotation and product placement in line with merchandising standards.
Collaborate with the digital team to align retail operations with the club’s online store.
Support online order fulfillment, customer service, and promotions as needed.
Ensure retail experiences reflect the identity and values of the Club.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in retail management, preferably within sports, apparel, or lifestyle brands.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent commercial awareness and sales acumen.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
