Summary We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to join our team at All Uniform Wear. In this role, you will oversee daily store operations, lead a dedicated team, and ensure that our customers receive outstanding service. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining our reputation as a premier provider of uniforms. Responsibilities Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Lead, train, and develop store staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment effectively. Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation. Handle cash management and payroll processes accurately. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Requirements Proven experience in retail management or a similar role. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent leadership abilities to motivate and guide team members. Ability to develop training programs for staff development. Basic math skills for managing cash register operations and payroll processes. Multilingual skills are a plus but not required.
