Showroom Sales Associate / Sales Manager Confidential Hallandale Beach, FL 33009 An established High-End Kitchen, Lighting & Bath Showroomis seeking a passionate and experienced Showroom Sales Associate / Manager to join our Hallandale Beach team. We specialize in selling kitchen and bath fixtures, flooring and wall coverings, lighting, and other luxury finishes from all around the world. Key Qualities for Success in this role are as following: Sales-Driven with design emphasis: Combine strong design expertise with proven sales skills by guiding clients through the selection of flooring, wall coverings, vanities, shower systems, countertops, and backsplashes—delivering cohesive bathroom and kitchen solutions that drive customer satisfaction and close sales Time management & high organizational skills : Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and stay on top of client communication.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver expert, personalized design consultations both in the showroom and virtually. Guide customers in selecting products for kitchens, bathrooms, lighting, flooring, and more. Develop long-term relationships with homeowners, interior designers, architects, and contractors. Stay current on trends and product offerings to make tailored recommendations. Collaborate closely with sales, logistics, and installation teams for smooth project execution.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in retail sales & design, or home improvement (high-end showroom experience required). Strong understanding of interior design and home renovation products. Proficiency in Software & Programs such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Products, Canva, SketchUp, etc. is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – ability to listen, explain, and consult effectively. Fluent English is a must; Spanish is a plus. Professional appearance and strong customer service orientation. Availability to work full-time.
Compensation:
This position includes a fixed salary along with a commission. Final compensation details will be discussed individually with the right candidate during the interview process.
