The Store Manager will act as a liaison between the business owner and the staff, to guarantee that the facility is being operated in accordance with the wishes of the business owner. The Store Manager will engage all customer complaints directly, and must take responsibility for any issues related to the actions and performance of the staff.
Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Responding to customers via phone / email Organizing and booking private events / birthday parties Creating and publishing work schedules for all staff Reporting all issues with props / puzzles to business owner Making minor repairs to props / puzzles as necessary
