Responsibilities:

Receive, unpack, pack, load, issue, store and deliver materials aviation supplies and equipment. Perform incoming inspection of received components and materials in accordance with company procedure. Checking the parts and correspondent supplied documentation based on the procurement paperwork to ensure they match. Follow acceptance, receiving, storage and utilization procedures of aviation components and materials in accordance with company procedures. Organize and control shipping of materials, coordinate carriers, pack components in accordance with the standards, to prepare the necessary shipping documentation Keep store records in the computer system and keep it up-to-date; Monitor and control shelf-life limited parts and materials Working in team with engine shop mechanics and engineers. Issuing requested material from store and delivering from store to production. Perform acceptance check of delivered engines and outgoing check of engines. Verification that engines are properly transported in accordance with manufacturers instructions. Load/Unload engines from/to the truck with use of a heavy-duty forklift. Follow LEAN principles and keep the store in tidy condition. Keeping a daily record of the store temperature and humidity. Other duties as assigned by the Workshop Manager.

Qualifications:

Must have previous experience in warehouse / warehouse logistics of min 3 years. Experience in FAA Part-145 repair station warehouse is a big advantage. Driver’s license Forklift license Good English (written and spoken) and computer skills (MS Office). Good communication and organization skills. Must have a flexible approach to working in a fast-paced changing environment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
