Supervisor 2.5 2.5 out of 5 stars Margate, FL The supervisor is responsible for assisting the Store manager in all aspects of the store operation. Financial performance, personnel management, all front-end register operation, floor and visual processes and procedures, loss prevention and enforces all company policies and procedure, the supervisor is also responsible for additional tasks as assigned to them but not limited to, training others, and assisting as needed to ensure that the store is successfully meeting expectations.
Requirements:
Prior Supervisory experience in ready to wear environment (Clothing store preferred). excellent organization, comunication and interpersonal skill
