As an AT&T Wireless Retail Store Manager for Cellular World, you will be: Responsible for sales and customer satisfaction. Drive sales performance by motivating and coaching the sales team to achieve targets. Ensuring efficient store operations, including but not limited to inventory management, merchandising, and scheduling. Developing and managing positive business relationships with staff and customers. Providing positive reinforcement and training to promote the learning and growth of sales associates. Hiring and onboarding new employees by reviewing resumes, conducting in-person interviews, and completing new hires onboarding paperwork.
