The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for retail. As the Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating an engaging shopping experience while driving sales and ensuring operational excellence. Duties Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Oversee cash register operations, including cash handling, reconciliation, and maintaining accurate financial records. Utilize retail math to analyze sales data, forecast inventory needs, and make informed purchasing decisions. Implement effective shift management strategies to optimize staff scheduling and productivity. Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation and drive sales. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Experience Proven experience in retail management for three years. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Proficiency in administrative tasks including inventory management and reporting. Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is essential. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships with customers. Experience in training development to enhance team performance is preferred. High performance meeting store goals and helping team achieve their goals through coaching efforts. Knowledge of retail math principles to support business decisions is advantageous.
