In this role, you will support the store manager in daily operations while ensuring exceptional customer service and effective team management. Responsibilities Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and inventory management. Continued learning of proper footwear and foot care for comfort Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times. Manage inventory levels, including stock organization and replenishment. Contact with medical practioners for referrals and communication on patients Negotiate with vendors to secure the best products for our customers. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records. Marketing thru facebook, Instagram, emails and text. Requirements Proven experience as an assistant manager or in a similar retail role. Strong retail sales background with a focus on customer satisfaction and customer relationships Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Continued learning of Pedorthic practices. Experience with footwear, footwear sales, foot, and gait analysis a definite plus.
