Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff management. Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times. Support inventory management processes, including ordering and stock control. Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance. Handle cash register operations accurately and efficiently. Implement promotional strategies to drive sales growth within the store. Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues. Requirements Proven experience in retail management or as an assistant manager. Strong customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the customer experience. Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration and customer interaction.
