The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining inventory levels. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a passion for driving sales while fostering a positive work atmosphere. Responsibilities Oversee daily shop operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage cash handling processes to maintain accuracy in financial transactions. Lead and develop a team through effective training development and employee orientation programs. Monitor inventory management practices to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste. Implement sales management strategies to achieve store targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain high standards of phone etiquette when communicating with customers and vendors. Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines. Qualifications Proven management experience in automotive, customer service, or a similar role is preferred. Strong skills in cash handling, inventory management, and POS systems are essential. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and staff. Experience in sales is a plus, but not required. Ability to train, develop, and motivate employees for optimal performance. Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on time management.
