• reconcile safe drop
• weekly email with 5-bullet KPI email & important updates to owner. Floor leadership Coach speed & recipe accuracy, work all stations, resolve guest issues up to $25. Champion shift leads. Guest-love metrics Maintain Google ≥ 4.8 and Yelp ≥ 4.8 with 100 % review responses inside 48 h
• drive 15 new reviews/month. People & culture Hire, onboard and review baristas & shift leads

You’re a fit if you… Have experience running a high-volume coffee bar or QSR, ideally drive-thru. Have efficiency with POS & labor tools. Enjoy emphasizing and maintaining espresso equipment, labor math and Google reviews. Hold (or can earn) a ServSafe Manager cert within 60 days. Can lift 40 lb. Perks & pay

$40,000 + pooled tips (excluding admin shift)
