Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Automotive Service Manager to oversee our service operations, manage a skilled team, and ensure outstanding service delivery to both fleet and consumer clients. In this role, you will lead by example, implement best practices, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficiency and productivity. Develop and maintain strong relationships with fleet and consumer clients. Supervise and motivate technicians, advisors, and support staff. Monitor service performance metrics and implement improvement strategies. Oversee scheduling, workflow, and timely completion of repairs and maintenance. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally. Collaborate with other departments to optimize business operations. Maintain accurate records, including service histories and inventory. Drive profitability while ensuring high-quality service standards.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Automotive Service Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and fleet management. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Outstanding communication and customer service abilities. Proficiency in using automotive service management software. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. ASE certifications (preferred but not required).
