What You’ll do: Oversee daily operations of the shop, ensuring an exceptional customer experience Lead, motivate, and train a dedicated retail team Interview, hire, train all new retail team members Manage inventory, including rotating all flower products and re-stocking to maintain vibrant displays Collaborate with customers and designers to create stunning floral arrangements for all occasions Implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet business goals Perform performance reviews, engage in daily activities and direct each team member daily Provide lists daily for each member.
