You will be responsible developing and managing a team of 4-8 to do $125,000-$250,000 in sales per month with performance incentives based on meeting reasonably obtainable goals. As a Retail Store Manager in Jacksonville, FL you will be entrusted with managing a full retail store operation. Compensation heavily weighted on ability to maintain a profitable store.

Position Requirements:

2 Years of management experience in an automotive related service business (Rim’s & Tires/Accessories/etc.) This is an acting manager job which requires sales and activities in addition to general store management. Inventory management Experience tonneau covers, toppers, spray bed liners a plus Ability to think critically and find solutions Capable of standing, lifting and handling equipment weighing up to 60 pounds.
