• Store Manager

• Duties:

• Provide leadership and guidance to store staff
• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and employee scheduling
• Develop and implement strategies to drive store sales and achieve targets
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Recruit, interview, and hire new employees
• Train and develop store staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
• Create and maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee morale
• Manage store budget, including monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner

• Skills:

• Strong leadership abilities with experience in store management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in time management to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to manage a team and delegate responsibilities
• Experience in budgeting and financial management
• Multilingual skills are a plus
• Strong sales management skills with the ability to drive results
