WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Topgolf Team Lead, you’re the go-to person on the floor. You’ll bring the hype, keep the team on point, and make sure our guests are having a blast—every single visit.

Your day-to-day:

Lead and inspire your team of Bay Hosts, Support Associates, and Guest Services pros Keep the energy up and service levels sky-high during peak times Train, coach, and support team members so they shine like pros Jump in to resolve guest concerns with confidence and care Work with management to hit team goals and keep operations smooth

Previous leadership experience (hospitality, retail, or service = major plus!) Job Responsibilities Provide leadership and guidance to team members to achieve performance targets. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and quality service delivery. Identify and resolve operational issues and guest concerns promptly. Promote a positive and inclusive team culture, fostering associate engagement and development. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and key metrics. Perform other operational duties as assigned by your manager Critical Skills & Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve goals. Proficiency in relevant software and tools. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices.
