Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years managing with in “The UPS Store”(Required).
Onboarding:
Immediate start preferred. Onboarding completed in one day, with additional training based on experience and certifications. Resumes with

Compensation:
Hourly Rate:
$18-$25 per hour base pay, plus commission-based bonuses.
Training Period:
Minimum wage for required “The UPS Store Learning Center” training hours (waived if current certifications are provided).
Probation Period:
Standard wage during initial 90-day probation, full wage and additional benefits post-probation.
Performance Reviews:
Conducted every 180 days for potential advancement.
Role Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory, and service delivery
Key Skills and Requirements:
Train and support team members to maintain service excellence Drive store profitability through effective sales strategies Ensure compliance with all UPS Store policies and safety regulations Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently Maintain clean, organized store visuals and accurate records Adhere to packing and shipping regulations Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays Outgoing personality with strong customer service and team management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop; QuickBooks knowledge is a plus. POS knowledge Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 50-75+ lbs as needed. Flexible availability, including weekends and some holidays.
Additional Benefits:
Monthly commission-based bonuses post-probation, based on store performance and growth. Potential partnership opportunity considered after a minimum of 5 years.
