Main Job Mission:
As an HR Manager, your primarymission is to lead and manage the human resources department,ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies andprocedures. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positivework environment, enhancing employee engagement, and drivingorganizational success.
Job Activities:
Develop and implement HRstrategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals.
Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talentin partnership with the Talent Acquisition team, with hands-onresponsibility of the hourly position recruitment. Oversee employeeonboarding, training, and development programs. Administercompensation and benefits plans. Ensure compliance with labor lawsand regulations. Maintain the Training Skills Matrix, facilitatethe training plan, and maintain required documentation incompliance with ISO and IATF standards. Handle employee relationsand address any issues or grievances. Conduct performancemanagement and provide feedback to employees. Foster a strong focuson safety, health, environment and sustainability throughout thesite. Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion withinthe organization. Ensure effective completion of the people-focusedprocesses, such as annual performance and salaries reviews, etc.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,Business Administration, or related field. 5-7 years provenexperience in HR, with 2 years in a Generalist role at minimum.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without therequirement for sponsorship or transfer of Visa now or at any timein the future. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and laborlegislation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate others through influence. Proficiencyin HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. High level of integrityand confidentiality. Strong problem-solving and decision-makingabilities. Ability to communicate in Spanish a plus.
