Job responsibilities:

Working shop Manager responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of Carrier and Thermo King Reefers and auxiliary power units (APUs). Positive interface with service writers, leadership team, parts department, drivers, vendors and customers. Must be able to work with the Service Manager to accomplish all goals and be able to assume Service Manager responsibilities when the Manager is out of office. Mentor and train junior technicians. Keep paperwork updated and handed in upon completion Work safely and follow company safety standards Perform various other duties as assigned by Service Manager Job requirements: 608 & 609 EPA Certification Must have your own set of general tools Able to read electric & refrigeration schematic Weekend call out in rotation with other technicians Able to lift and work with no restrictions in a shop environment Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Job benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package including but not limited to: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with company matching, Life Insurance, LTD, STD, PTO plans, and uniforms.
