Role:
AudioPlus is seeking a Lead Salesperson / Shop Manager with deep experience in car audio and a passion for delivering high-quality service. We need someone who can confidently manage the shop, close sales, troubleshoot, and jump in on installs when needed. This is a leadership role for someone serious about car audio, customization, and customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 10 years of experience in car audio or related electronics Strong sales and troubleshooting skills Comfortable with custom installations and hands-on problem solving Professional, motivated, and reliable Able to open and close the shop independently Must be willing to assist with installs when needed Excellent customer service and communication skills
