Your Role As a Retail Performance and Store Operations Manager you will manage resources and uphold operational performance to support and maximize sales and profitability in your assigned stores. You will enhance the customer experience to improve sales performance and bottom-line profitability. You will work on-site and report to a Senior Operations Manager.
