The Store Manager is the key executive in ensuring that we meet that goal. The Store Manager is responsible for overall profitability, people development, store standards/operations, and customer experience excellence. The Store Manager achieves assigned goals and objectives in a timely and accurate manner, keeping their Market Leader partnered in on challenges and opportunities. They represent the Company Vision, Values and Brand in their store. The Store Manager has a broad range of executive responsibility in store operations. Here is a summary of some of the functions you the store manager will perform: Hire, train, lead and retain the highest quality Team Members who exhibit passion, energy and enthusiasm Keep a deep talent bench by continuously developing internal talent, as well as attracting external talent Work with Sales Manager to ensure corporate sales training rhythms and materials are utilized to keep the team educated on product knowledge, customer selling skills and operational efficiencies Provide clear direction and engagement of the company vision and values strategies that will attract and retain high potential talent Ensure that your behaviors, integrity and ethics are at the highest level and leads by example for their store. Execute the Company Blueprint and Brand Standards to keep a clean, well merchandised store Train and follow up on the store team on areas such as cycle counts, accounting procedures and merchandising procedures Work with Sales Manager and Assistant Manager team to execute all lineup changes and sell thru strategies Take pride in store and their team by meeting store visit expectations via market leader and cross functional partners Flexibility to conform to shifting demands and timelines through well thought out and strategic plans Ability to read and interpret documents Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
