We are located in Oldsmar / West Tampa We are looking for an experienced Shop Manager / Metal Shop / Storefront and Door Manager to join our team. Must have prior experience managing a shop and a team of employees. Experience overseeing the production of metal products like handrails, canopies, storefront, doors, decorative metals, etc. a plus. Metal fabrication experience and forklift experience is a plus. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 50 lbs and work in other departments as need requires. Will work hands on with team. We are closed for all major holidays and employees are paid for those holidays after 90 days of employment.
Candidate requirements:
Should have 3 years experience with managing a metal fabrication shop and storefront, glazing and or door installation experience a plus.
- Have strong mechanical skills and general understanding of welding, metal fabrication equipment, cnc machines, etc.
- Must be willing to work in other areas of the company as required.
- Prior experience in a metal fabrication shop is required.
- Must be able to work as a Team Member Must be able to provide references from prior supervisors.
