Duties Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service. Manage daily operations including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling. Train, develop, and evaluate staff performance to foster a productive work environment. Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market presence. Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory levels, and employee performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as health and safety regulations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. Oversee the operation of the POS system for efficient transaction processing. Skills Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing a diverse team. Proficient in sales management techniques to drive store performance. Excellent administrative skills for maintaining records and reports. Experience with cash registers and POS systems for accurate financial transactions. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are preferred to serve a diverse customer base. Strong understanding of market trends to effectively position the store within the community.
