After the two-month period, this position will transition into a primary studio staff role with fill in management responsibilities . About the

Role:

This is a part time hybrid position with flexible hours, ideal for someone who is highly organized, enjoys client interaction, and thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment. During the initial two month period , you will act as Temporary Experience Manager , ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client experiences. Afterward, you will continue as a lead studio staff member , stepping into a management role as needed for coverage.

Schedule & Time Commitment:

~6 hours of weekly planning and organizational work ~15 hours approximately over the weekend for classes ~8 hours approximately on select weekdays for private events

Compensation:

Flexible based on hours and weekend availability, up to $2,500/month during the management period. Key Responsibilities (Management Period):

Client Experience:

Lead each class to ensure a smooth, joyful experience for all clients.

Staff Coordination:

Manage schedules for yoga teachers, puppy breeders, and cleaning staff.

Inventory Oversight:

Keep track of and restock studio supplies.

Logistics:

Organize and receive packages in preparation for classes and events.

Studio Vibe:

Maintain a warm, fun, and hygienic atmosphere through decoration and cleanliness.

Team Leadership:

Hire, train, and support the studio team.

Collaboration:

Work closely with founders to support the studio’s growth and operations. Ongoing Role (Post-Management Period): Serve as a primary studio staff member supporting weekend and weekday classes/events Step into the Experience Manager role as needed when coverage is required Continue contributing to a positive client and team environment
