Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and make informed decisions. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance satisfaction. Maintain a clean, organized store environment that aligns with company standards. Experience Proven leadership experience in a retail environment, preferably within a sports store setting. Strong mathematical skills for effective inventory management and sales analysis. Proficiency in operating cash registers and handling financial transactions. Ability to sell products effectively while providing excellent customer service. Experience in negotiating with suppliers or vendors is highly desirable. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Familiarity with retail math concepts to support operational decision-making.
