Position Overview:
This is a full-time management role responsible for overseeing daily operations in our collision center, including estimates, parts procurement, scheduling, staff supervision, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the collision center Supervise estimators, technicians, and administrative staff Write and review accurate repair estimates using CCC ONE® Order and manage parts efficiently Ensure high-quality repairs that meet OEM standards Deliver exceptional customer service from drop-off to delivery Coordinate repair scheduling and ensure timely turnaround Maintain vendor relationships and ensure shop compliance

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience managing a collision center or body shop Experience in estimating and parts operations required CCC ONE® Estimator Certification (or comparable experience) Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and customer service focus Valid driver’s license and clean driving record I-CAR and/or OEM certifications are a plus
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout the facility Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
