• Manage store staff, including recruitment, training, and development
• Drive sales through effective merchandising, inventory management, and promotional strategies
• Ensure operational excellence by maintaining accurate records, and overseeing the Point of Sale (POS) system
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints promptly
• Implement wireless sales strategies to maximize revenue and meet sales targets Qualifications
• Proven experience in restaurant Management.
• Strong background in restaurant management, recruiting, and training.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Proficiency in managing inventory and utilizing POS systems.
