This position involves assembly line work, computer skills and a high level of multitasking ability. All candidates must have strong organizational skills accompanied by a strong work ethic. Have the ability to manage upwards of twenty staff members while creating environment for effective team building. This candidate must be able to work well under pressure and have the ability to create strong working relationships with other departments. The floor supervisor will need to have computer skills and maintain strong standardized packaging procedures. Some packaging experience preferred.
