Description of Responsibilities :

Provide Great customer service skills to the stores , admin, and all other vendors/donors. Primary responsibilities include achievement of production goals, payroll objectives as outlined in the budget and ensuring the training of the staff to successfully comply with all production goals, merchandise standards, customer service expectations, mission integration and full adherence to all company policies and procedures. Must have the right combination of business acumen, interpersonal skills, and leadership necessary to meet the performance standards for the store. Working long hours, weekends, evenings and holidays are often part of the job. Completes all other duties as assigned by the Central Production Manager.

Required Experience :

High school diploma or the equivalent required. Minimum 2 years retail sales experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Strong interpersonal skills, time management and communication skills. Able to work a flexible schedule.

Required skills:

Ability to work in stressful conditions; adhere to major and minor work policies regarding safety; understand, follow and communicate oral and written instructions; read, speak, hear, write and conduct business related mathematics; stand during scheduled hours. Hours may include weekends, evenings and holidays. Able to bend, stoops, reach, twist, lift, push, pull and move items; lift and carry a minimum of 40 pounds. May have to occasionally work outdoors where temperatures and climate can fluctuate.
